Hippa violations asking employees health questions.
If I could give them no star I would period. I have been sick for 2 weeks and I can't get any help through the urgent Care. I make an appointment get on when it says my appointment is ready set there for 5 minutes just to be told that my appointment is canceled appointments I've set here for 8 hours waiting for appointments just for providers to never come online. Can you call the customer service number and the lady says oh I'll help you set an appointment and then hangs up in your face.
