Very unprofessional staff. Have been calling for the last 6 months for appointment for lab follow up and no call back, have been calling for the past 2 month for prescription refill and it takes 1 hr for customer support to tell me they need appointment to see me. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares for their love ones.

I use to go to this office and only left because I had a hard time getting the OB/GYN in the same office since I was pregnant, once my pregnancy was over, decided to come back. I use to love the service and doctors. Now, not so much, mainly the nurses. They are so rude. I even referred my mom here and due to the issues we have came across for her this is now making us leave Optum. Dr. Gonzalez is amazing, he always listen to what I have to say, the only negative are the nurses they are so rude, not professional at all, I was happy when Alma used to be Dr. Gonzalez nurse but they changed her. All the MA's should have a training on how to be nice and professional at work.

Excellent customer service I came a few days ago for some questions about my insurance if it’s accepted to Optum and a main receptionist name Jenny helped me out all my questions and concerns a little nervous but she’s great! Would come in sometime for a checkup!
