service has gone terribly down since it became optum. It used to be healthcare partners and they were great. Patients are now a number to them. they even closed down all their urgent care centers leaving patients with low quality clinics that they send their patients to. My dad fell and they had no appt openings, they sent us to a low quality urgent care that didn't even have x-rays which my dad needed. seriously looking at leaving this place.
