The service that I received at this medical clinic, Optum hunters Creek was self-centered and they did not care about what I needed. I was dropped from their services because my doctor left their services. I would not recommend anyone to go to that place the way they treat clients.
Every time i get sonia on phone or in person shes very rude without her saying her name on phone i just know who she is she rushes and stops you talking mid speech and talks to you like your being scolded she has honestly created a very negative experience for me im convinced compassion and good bed side manners is rare and hard to find what a shame
The office provides a horrible service, they’re rude and unprofessional. When prescribing medications to patients and the insurance don’t want to cover, the doctors do not appeal or justify the needs for the meds like other doctors do for the patients benefit and health. Always saying to need to contact another of the doctors to appeal the insurance, even tho they’re the one prescribing the medication. I will definitely look for another primary care.
Changes to insurance were difficult but the team was able to make it easy- thank you! Keep up the good work.
