Optum AZ Referral dept took a month to finally approve my dermatology appointment after a lot of phone calls.My PCP had to request a 2nd time due to Optum’s failed business process I had to reschedule once and finally went to my exam and paid out of pocket. The approval finally came after my provider filled the bill.
Needed to get labs done. Was dreading on wait time. Went to Optum Healthcare Center at Sonora Quest by chance. The 2 associates at the front desk were real helpful and supportive. Made the the experience their comfortable. I am very greatful by chance had the opportunity. Definitely got my services in the future. Thank You
