Needed to get labs done. Was dreading on wait time. Went to Optum Healthcare Center at Sonora Quest by chance. The 2 associates at the front desk were real helpful and supportive. Made the the experience their comfortable. I am very greatful by chance had the opportunity. Definitely got my services in the future. Thank You
Sonora quest lab's Girl at front desk was lazy in the morning, didn't have my insurance card and she call to verify my plan. Don't even know how she got the job🙃
