Walked in on a Sunday morning and they saw me pretty quickly. They were able to have me in and out in under an hour with prescriptions and referrals. The doc was super helpful, listened, and was very efficient.
Absolutely terrible experience at Optum Walk-In Clinic in Mukilteo. The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff was rude and dismissive. I missed their phone call and walked into the clinic literally three minutes later, only to be told I had lost my place and was sent to the back of the line. They only had one doctor working so were running behind, understandable. But the nurse moved like she had no care in the world as my fathers finger gushed blood. Dr. Black was fantastic and thorough.
I have always done fine at Optum Harbour Pointe - always super timely - professional. I have appreciated Dr. Khaled E. - chill fellow - listens - seems to know what he is doing.
