I went there yesterday and went there specifically to get an X-ray to see if I broke my big toe, which I slammed into a step at Wild Waves. Well, even they do have an X-ray machine, they didn't have a technician to work it yesterday nor today. How do you run an Urgent Care and not give your patients the ability to get X-rays without sending them to another facility, which is extremely inconvenient especially when you are in pain. Walked in on a Sunday morning and they saw me pretty quickly. They were able to have me in and out in under an hour with prescriptions and referrals. The doc was super helpful, listened, and was very efficient.
Absolutely terrible experience at Optum Walk-In Clinic in Mukilteo. The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff was rude and dismissive. I missed their phone call and walked into the clinic literally three minutes later, only to be told I had lost my place and was sent to the back of the line. That decision alone cost me an extra hour of waiting. To make matters worse, nobody could provide even a rough estimate of wait times or show any understanding of the situation. They only had one doctor working so were running behind, understandable. But the nurse moved like she had no care in the world as my fathers finger gushed blood. Dr. Black was fantastic and thorough.
