Billed me for something I specifically requested to have pre-authorized. I spent MONTHS trying to get it pre authorized—They went ahead and did it without getting pre authorization. They’re going to copy/paste some generic customer service response on this review.

Most of the bad reviews seem to be for urgent care, which is separate, and not the pediatricians. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here for 9 months and they are compassionate and prompt. We’ve rarely have any wait and our appointments have all started on time.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment for my child. I received a call from their office, so | called back to find out why and to book the appointment. From there, it turned into a complete waste of time. I was passed between four different people. Each time, I was asked again for the same information-name, date of birth, and even how to spell my child's name. No one seemed to communicate with each other.
