I have heard very disturbing rumors about a physician named Amy Ly. She lies to her patients about prescription amounts and is overall a terrible doctor.something should be done about this and it makes me reconsider my own Optum insurance in general. Look out for your family's health and find someone else!!
I highly recommend Dr Leslie Po, Nurse Practitioner Carmen Chan, and the medical team at the Glendora Foothill medical office of Optum. The staff at this office is wonderful, patient-focused, explains your medical issues in a non-threatening manner, and most appreciated, takes time with patients to ensure the medical information communicated is understood, and questions from the patient receive a response.
Avoid Amy Ly at all costs!!! Terrible doctor. Changes prescriptions without telling the patient. Very low medical IQ. Take your health and your families health seriously and avoid Amy Ly. Your family’s health is the most important thing and Amy will make it worse
Optum care is the worst. This office does not answer the phones...EVER!! But, once you get past the front office, the Drs and staff are the best.
