These people refuse to answer and they clearly dont care. The fornt desk people are super rude and refuse to answer all the phone calls. I been on the phone since 8 am to 5 pm and nothing, they still do not answer the phones at all. They are so stupid. Pain management is not even a real DOCTOR!
Can I give less than one star? I tried calling nearly half a dozen times to make an appointment. I was bounced around multiple times and one time got transferred to a fax line. I spent nearly an hour trying to make an appointment for which I already had a referral. I STILL have not been able to make an appointment after 5 different calls and nearly an hour on the phone. I was asked to escalate and that they would get back to me. Four hours later and still nothing. I can't get basic service from them.
