What a terrible office! First and foremost the one receptionist was super rude! These people both at the call center and office are completely clueless! I made an appointment months in advance, they took my insurance information and everything was ok. Fast forward to the morning of my appointment, I was 9 mins late because parking is a complete nightmare because their off ice is on broadway but parking is on orange or central, so hence the tardiness. I was there for my blood test this morning. Called in on time , the nurse introduced her self and everything great until she started getting ready to draw my blood. She didn't verify my name or DOB before starting. After the draw she never asked me to verify my informations on the bottles again. I've been to many places like Quest and they are very professional and everything checked out few times . Hopefully management read this and correct them.
