I tried really hard not have to write a review but the care provided here was so bad that I don’t even know how to voice my frustration than through reviews before escalating to an actual complaint through legal means. I have been so much happier with my healthcare experience since coming to Optum! I have a rather inconsistent health insurance from the state. I had pretty much resigned to the belief id always be dealing with doctors I didnt love but thats changed since coming to Optum!

Went in to have some lab work done and it’s been 12 days since I’ve heard anything from my doctor. I had to call to ask for my results after I was told it would be ready in 6-7 days. I got called back 3 times just to let me know that the doctor would call to tell me my results and answer any questions I had because my results just happen to come in 10 minutes before I called.
