They cut my exam short and kicked me out of the exam room because they had problems running my insurance card, even though they already made me sign a waiver stating that I would be responsible for any charges my insurance did not cover.
Can never get a same day appointment for illness or injury, still have not met my primary care provider after 2 years of having them as my primary because they are constantly booked out for months, office staff are not helpful in trying to help find care if your primary is booked and I have to call the Optum line to book an appt, terrible service Update on 12/24/24: Still have not been able to get an appointment with the PCP 7 months later
Great doctors and staff! They were able to see me same day for an acute issue and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed promptly. Regular follow ups need to be scheduled a couple months in advance, but that seems common everywhere given how busy primary care is. Overall very happy with my care here.
Every time I tried to talk and relay a message to staff, they talked over me and interrupted me and changed my words completely. They have raised their voices at me and become frustrated when they don't understand what I'm saying. I asked them multiple time to stop interrupting me, and they doubled down and interrupted me and talked over me even more. Terrible phone communication- I am always have to follow up with multiple calls- they don’t check faxes from the pharmacy - I have Covid and Asthma and no one is responding to my 5 attempts to contact my doctor. Feels dangerous and unprofessional.
