They never called me to cancel the appointment and I arrived after 30min drive only to get turned away.
Very disappointing experience. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Laura scheduled for 12:00 PM. I arrived early at 11:45 AM and waited until 12:55 PM, yet no one saw me. I informed the staff that I had a very important meeting and would return within 30 minutes — which I did. Upon my return, I was told that the doctor would not see me and that I needed to reschedule.
