I had my appointment with Dr, Orosz on 1/21/25. The front office was very helpful and professional. Savanna, Hanna, Veronica and staff were kind and they took me right back to meet with the Dr Orosz. Dr. Orosz is awesome but the front staff receptionist was really unprofessional to me on the phone every time I called and rude to me.
I had my visit for abdominal pain which I still have, and for a followup for past procedure. I was just in the hospital for this issue and ct results in the hospital show I have Hepatic Stetosis, I also have blood in my urine and abnormal blood and urine labs. I dont feel like my health concerns were addressed with optums Gastroenterologist. Instead providing solutions and options the Gastroenterologist wanted me to take meds, I wont take meds because I know for a fact long term use of anything he could prescribe would cause... read more
Came here the other day and was treated horribly by a Nicole Locicero I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and if you have to deal with her May God Be With You!!!!
If I could do negative stars for this office and their staff, I would. The rudeness and dysfunctional nature of the front desk staff is absolutely appalling. As a long time patient, the disrespect I was treated with is something I have never experienced from any doctor’s office before. The extremely rude receptionist hung up on me not once but twice and when my husband called to try to get information, she hung up on him as well.
