Dr. Orosz is a caring and dedicated physician to his patients. He truly listens and understands you. He makes sure that you understand and agree with his decisions. He is very easy to talk to.
Never made it past the front desk, and glad we didn’t. The receptionist was curt, condescending, and unprofessional when I explained we didn’t have the prior gastro records. I asked if my son could just be seen as a new patient instead, but rather than assist, she questioned the appointment type repeatedly and made the process unnecessarily unpleasant. Dr. Gus very thorough and very personable.
I had a great experience at Optum Gastro. It was easy to get an appointment. The wait time in the office was minimal. Everyone in the front office was lovely and patient. Dr Orosz was wonderful…he took the time to review all of my past lab work and listened when I explained my issues. He very thoroughly explained the course of action going forward. I highly recommend Optum Gastro.
If you're looking for a fantastic gastroenterologist, then look no further. Dr. Beri truly embodies what a doctor should be: informative, compassionate and extremely skilled in his specialty. During a recent visit, I had a very positive experience with him, his nurse and the staff at the front desk. My husband and I have both recommended him and the practice without hesitation.
