Dr amador is a complete joke and if you want to come to this office PLEASE request barbara because she is the only actual doctor here. Amador is a judgmental, and incapable man. He truly would benefit from going back to school and learning how to human body works. I have been a patient/client at Optum Fountain Oaks for over a year...in that year, I have had to deal with incompetent office staff acting like they don't care, too stupid to care, or are on drugs when they answer the phone-if you can get them to answer. I have also established accepted medication and prescription schedules that other doctors have deemed medically necessary, only to be messed with/refused to fill by Dr. Amador. I was impressed with how large the office was and how clean, exceeding my expectations. The staff was very friendly as was the Gisele, who took my vitals and drew my blood, and Dr. Nguyen. The optimum office is my new primary care, since WellMed closed up. Overall I was very satisfied and, being a physician, was very impressed with their office.
