Very unhappy when calling in to get a prescription filled. They do not call back for days after leaving numerous messages. When I finally did get a hold of a person they called it into the wrong drugstore and that took me 5 days to get resolved. When I mentioned this to the doctor she told me it was my fault. If you care about your loved ones, do not place your faith, trust, and care in this practice. Dr. Kowal has no tolerance for family members of her patients with dementia and ignores clear symptoms and behaviors. Sad, but true.

Sure wish they would have given us a call back in the 2 days prior to my mother in law dying when we saw concerningsymptoms in her and NOBODY COULD GIVE US ANY ANSWERS...or even returned our calls after she died in a rehab facility when they said they were going to gather more information and get right back to us...never called us back. I would Absolutely not trust Optum with another vulnerable loved one.

Please be very careful with this facility. Dr Kowal is not thorough nor kind! When sharing your health concerns with her she does NOT listen. She will cut you off while talking OR when you tell her a health condition that developed, she says, "well its not like that now". So 3 months and 1 day to the day we went into her office for an appointment due to my husband having swollen ankles & purple colored feet he has emergency open heart surgery!
