We always have a good experience i take both of my parents, Melissa & Blanca always on top of everything. If I call and leave a message they will return my call and very helpful and always make sure my parents are doing good.

The heavyset, bald headed security guard that's usually standing outside the building always gives me dirty looks and rolls his eyes whenever I pass by to do my grocery shopping at the market next door. This has been occuring for a while now, well over a year. Does he not like his job? Or certain people ? Maybe he should consider employment elsewhere!
I fired Optum. I tried getting an MRI for my shoulder but Wave Imaging kept saying the clinical notes were never sent. I had 15+ calls with Optum, WaveImaging, and Anthem spending 4+ hours over 3 months. I emailed my Optum care team multiple times but they never responded. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.
