The Diamond Bar office is filled with some pretty amazing health care workers. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave it's nothing but quality and excellence!
Do not go here. phone staff has zero tolerance for questions. phone staff incorrectly quoted health plan details. phone staff then refused to name any providers so i could check myself if they were in-network. they already sold my email address for ads and promotions. this experience is an example of the predatory nature of private for profit health care. i pay for good insurance but they sure make it difficult to use. do not tolerate this behavior.
