Wonderful doctors but getting thru the phone system will probably force me to find another medical group. If can not reach a doctor it doesn't matter how good they are.
I have a great dermatologist that I see at Optum Medical. But I likely will have to switch all of my doctors to another practice as the billing department is horrific to deal with. I saw my doctor for a full body mole check, preventative skin cancer screening. Insurance didn't cover it as preventative screening b/c the visit was not coded as such. I had to contact Optum multiple times to get the visit re-evaluated, and they told me "we did nothing wrong. Talk to your insurance". Wait times on the phone to make appointments a... read more
