Wonderful doctors but getting thru the phone system will probably force me to find another medical group. If can not reach a doctor it doesn't matter how good they are.
I have a great dermatologist that I see at Optum Medical. But I likely will have to switch all of my doctors to another practice as the billing department is horrific to deal with. I saw my doctor for a full body mole check, preventative skin cancer screening. Insurance didn't cover it as preventative screening b/c the visit was not coded as such. Horrible! 40+ min on hold, impossible to reach anyone, issues with scheduling.
Absolutely horrible!! Tried to diagnose my son with eczema in his hair. When I clearly told them that he's a wrestler and ring worm had been passing around in the gym recently. Long story short had to go to urgent car to get the medicine in the mean time my son started to go bald thanks!!
