It was my first time seeing optum care giver. It was very easy to get prompt appointments, visit was quick and staff was very courteous
It’s unacceptable that I had to wait an hour and a half until the doctor can see my baby , while other patients came after me and they were being helped before me. Even after I asked how much longer I have to wait, I still had to wait another 30 minutes. Everybody’s time is valuable but that was disrespectful. Definitely not going back
Everything was on time and everyone was completely professional Procedure was quick & painless
Dr. Montiel and staff were very professional and caring. Dr. Montiel described procedure and answered all my questions with clarity and patience. I felt I was in very good hands.
Avoid this mismanaged office. I'm sure the Drs are fine but whoever is running the appointment schedule needs a class in that skill. Not once but twice, with two different Drs, I was not called for an hour+. Front staff went to the back and came back assuring "you're next" but wait went on. There are 315 dermatologists in Nassau county - find one where you are valued as a customer and treated as such.
