this office charges too much. The insurance already paid for the billing claim, and still charges hundreds of dollars to you just for one visit lasting 5 minutes.
I’ve Been going to a lot of dermatologist through out the years but none that have made me as comfortable an as helpful as Lauren professionalism is a 10 and I would give her 10 stars if I could .
Dr. Tejas Patel is an excellent doctor. However, the process of getting them to renew your prescription is a nightmare. Wrong dosage and how many times a day you take it is wrong, takes several calls and still the script isn’t sent to the pharmacy correctly, very aggravating! The doctor is the best, but unsure about the other staff that updates the charts, as this seems to be where the problem occurs.
I saw Lauren Demino this week and was very happy with my visit. The office is updated and very clean, and I did not have to wait long for my apt. Lauren was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The women behind the desk were also very kind and helpful.
No one answers the phone no matter how much you call. Doctors and staff don’t do what they say they will do regarding prescriptions. Not a place I want to come to again.
