Horrible office staff. I called to inquire about my son’s dermatologist . Receptionist said they didn’t have anyone by that name and hung up on me! Called back and office supervisor, Shinnie totally dismissed my complaint and hung up on me too. If this the type of service they give over the phone, I can’t imagine the kind of service they give to patients!
I've been a part of Optimal for quite a few years and am very happy. All my doctors are in network. I have been going to the Optum dermatology - Lake Success for about five years and the doctors, assistants and all the office staff are very friendly, polite and professional.
I highly recommend Dr. Kayla Babbush Graber! She was so incredibly thorough, listened to all my concerns with empathy and a great beside manner, and provided me with very useful advice and information for my post-appointment care. Prior to making the appointment, I liked seeing that she is board-certified, and that knowledge and expertise definitely came through in my appointment with her.
