I don’t know what’s going on with Optum. this office is great . Great Dr left, dr Mizarachi trying her best to keep up and patients are not happy the office is rescheduling appointments due to conflicts. There are no other drs that can treat Derm issues and this is unexceptable. I love them here but the optum Change has created chaos across all practices and all locations.
Getting a call the day before to cancel my appointment and move it to November because of a scheduling mistake on their part.. this is Nuts! Healthcare at its finest!! Manager did not even get on phone rather, “shes busy”… After being put on hold several times. All of a sudden they found an appointment for me August 19 how lucky am I, NOT. I am a professional in healthcare for over 30 years. This is no way to run a business because that’s what it is. No-one cares!!!!
