Dr. Wo was the absolute highlight to seeing any Optum doctor. She and her assistant were always on time, thorough, and explained things well. They worked to make sure I was comfortable throughout my appointments. Dr. Wo was the ONLY reason I was sorry when Optum stopped taking my insurance and I had to leave.
This place is wonderful. I found a large brown spot on my scalp and I was freaking out, fearing the worst. They were able to get me in and the receptionist (I wish I could remember her name) was so nice and helpful. I then saw Dr . Abby. She was very kind and professional, and thorough! She made sure I understood everything that was going on and took her time answering all my questions. I will be going here from now on, and I highly recommend them!
Though I have a DaVita primary care physician the dermatology dept won’t see me because I’m on Medicare. Very discouraging.
My front desk receptionist at my clinic had an appointment and due to wreck blocking interstate couldn't make appointment . She called to say would be late and asked if she could wait in line till opening. . She was told in snotty tone no. Nice job.
