Was there for my 4 year olds adenoid removal surgery. The nurses/techs/front end staff were so sweet and caring and the facility was spotless. Thank you Dr. Goldsmith and team for the wonderful care!
I had a procedure at this surgical center to remove kidney stones by Dr. Tillem this past Monday, 11/10, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. My wife and I arrived at 6:30 AM, and from the moment we walked in, I felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming. And everyone on the staff was very nice and professional. Had a procedure today at Optum DayOp Ambulatory Surgery Ctr. From the time of check in with Ashalee, who was kind, professional and knowledgeable. To the nurses, tech, and Dr Bianchi everything went so smooth, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend this facility. Thank you for making a very stressful day much easier for me.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Sokol on the day of my scheduled surgery. She refused to proceed because of my heart rate, despite my explaining that this has been my stable resting rate for decades, that I had pre-op clearance, and that I had anesthesia just days earlier without any issues. I had surgery June 25, 2025 on my right foot with Dr. David Ehrlich at this place and it was amazing. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave everyone is caring and understanding. I would for sure go there again if I need anymore surgery.
