The doctor leaves when he wants to, is in and out in5 minutes, and doesn’t care about his patients. He doesn’t even put a stethoscope on your body. I am not reaching out to an external email; I want this to be public.
Terrible doctor. Staff are constantly almost non-existent and often come and go.
One visit and the last. Too many people that call themselves doctors. What a shame.
Optum is horrible. I hated how they made jokes about Veterans. I was left in shock. And their service is not good, at all.
I have had multiple problems getting office to pursue referrals. They sent me to pulmonologist rather than getting CPAP supplies. Sent me to Cardiologist for abnormal EKG. Cardiologist requested referral for Echocardiogram and Stress Test. Today Cardiologist office called to let me know the primary care did not get referral approved by Humana. Very disappointed in lack of care for patient.
