I'm so fed up with Optum. Initially, I took my son to Optum Glendora for pediatrics. They moved to this location in Covina. It's dilapidated and gross. I recently found out that my son's pediatrician retired only because I called to schedule an appointment and was told she retired. And when I do schedule appointments the staff are generally rude and apathetic. Will be finding a new provider for my child.
