I have been a patient at Optum/Mgan for over 20 years and had very good primary physicians, who have always explained what and why they take certain actins and just as importantly listen to any concern Ive had.
Everyone is so caring
I always have a hard time with Optum - Covina. It seems like they just want my money a lot more than helping me get better.
Inconsistent care, sketchy Urgent care. Don’t return calls. Treats you like a number but when you need them they make you go through hoops for standard treatment. Nepomuceno will waste your time, milking visits. I had one doctor mention something in passing and added more to the visit when it came to billing. Easy location but not worth my hard earned insurance money.
