I highly recommend OPTUM ! The front desk staff—Maritza and Thalía—are always warm, courteous, and very helpful. The physician assistants and medical staff are equally attentive and professional. I am truly confident in Dr. Y. Bedard—she is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring. Dr. Amaury Gómez cared for my father and now treats my husband, and we truly appreciate his dedication and continuity of care.
