Dr Su is professional and polite. He does not rush you our of his office and has time to review what to expect regarding my upcoming colonoscopy. He is a courteous doctor who cares about his patients.
I was on my way to my 3:45 appt that was confirmed they call at 3:23 to ask if I was coming. I said yes I have a 3:45 they said no that it was a 3. I explained that I would never book that because of my own surgery schedule. They said Dr. Martinez was leaving and that I could reschedule. I was 10 minutes away. They said she was already leaving.
