Dr. Owen Su is a Godsend. He is most extraordinary, and extremely talented in his profession. He is one of top doctors with his expertise skills as a colorectal specialist. He was able to perform a quick and simple procedure which help completely eliminate my symptoms without surgery. I am so grateful to Dr. Su for his quick and effective treatment. Dr Su is professional and polite. He does not rush you our of his office and has time to review what to expect regarding my upcoming colonoscopy. He is a courteous doctor who cares about his patients.

I was on my way to my 3:45 appt that was confirmed they call at 3:23 to ask if I was coming. I said yes I have a 3:45 they said no that it was a 3. I explained that I would never book that because of my own surgery schedule. They said Dr. Martinez was leaving and that I could reschedule. I was 10 minutes away. They said she was already leaving. Horrific, I had a 1:30 appointment, it was a 45 minute drive to the office, I got a call at 1:15 as I was pulling into the parking lot that the doctor was running behind and could I come at 2:30, what like you couldn’t of called me sooner, so I go get coffee and come back to the office at 2:30, I check in and ask to use the bathroom, once in the bathroom there are large stools floating in the toilet, I flush the toilet with my foot, still don’t go down, I go to the desk she tell me “oh that happens all the time, just close y... read more
