Honored my appointment time without waiting. Doctor was on time. Doctor did not spend a lot of time on computer while addressing all my questions. I was given a summary of my visit upon leaving.
I love my dr. & the staff have always been kind & professional in my visits, before Optum & now. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars for this recent visit is that I had to wait an hour after my appointment before the dr. came in. I do feel it's b/c she is thorough & cares about her patients.
Dr. Fajardo was great as always dealing with my medical needs. She is a great doctor.
I really enjoy going to see Dr Bernhut, she always makes you feel welcome and that she has time for you. She takes care of everything that’s wrong in a timely manner and very thoughtfully. And her office is great too. The waiting room is extra large and all the girls from the front to the back are excellent.
