Unorganized staff!
My son had stomachache. Went though some medication and test and doing good. Always struggled to get updates test results. The last one was Urinalysis stating blood was seen in urine. I was never notified the results but found that my minor child as said you are referred to Nephrologist. Then I called the office to talk about the results I was said come to office and pick up. When I transferred my care from Pasadena to Orange County, I was skeptical about the quality of care since I have been with my primary doctor for over 30 years. Once, I scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Bhakta, I was surprised by the great experience and the quality of care. Dr. Bhakta is very professional, and compassionate and looks for different options to treat all my medical issues.
