I am very pleased and satisfied with my care at Cerritos Optum. Dr. Gina Rocillo listens, and provides medication or referrals to address my issues, and includes me in my healthcare decisions. The doctor, nurses, and staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I call to make my appointments, and use the patient portal to message Dr. Rocillo. She always resonds quickly and addresses my concerns. I highly recommend Cerritos Optum.
DR. RAVI Bhakta is the most compassionate person I've ever seen in the medical field, he's awesome,and the staff as well!!!! excellent team
