Very pleased with Optum Care and all staff. Very professional, courteous and compassionate
Optum bought my doctors office years ago and they have been wonderful. It was kind of scary at first and it’s just been great. Everything’s always really clean and everybody’s always super friendly. I get greeted and everything is explained to me every time I walk immediately in the door and they’re always helpful. I can’t imagine having any better Medical care.
Everything is great but the survey is way too long. I feel like I should get paid for finishing the thing.
