Dr. Wong is one of the most personable and easy to talk to Doctors I’ve ever met. I’m a first responder and respond to 911 calls and deliver pts. to the ER regularly and have met literally hundreds of doctors in my profession. His bed side manner, compassion, knowledge and humor are top tier! The staff including his Nurse Lourdes are amazing as well!
Very pleasant and competent staff. I never feel rushed or “dismissed” with any issues I bring up. I also haven’t had to wait long to schedule an appointment.
Morgan O'Brien she's the most though and competent. Totally grateful she's with Optum. The medical facility I have been a patient for 62 years.
Dr Hall and staff are awesome. Dr Sharma took me in while my regular doctor was on leave. She was thorough and compassionate also. Highly recommend either doctor !!! Update: Also, saw Dr Korff for another issue. Great experience. He was personable, an expert in men's health, and even looked up where the best price is for my prescription. This office will get you the best care, no matter who is on call.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with both Lawrence Wong and Dr. Ishita Sharma. I initially went in after an accident because I was having issues with my finger and had no idea that I had actually severed a tendon. During my first visit, Lawrence Wong gave what felt like a very superficial evaluation and advised me to "give it a couple of weeks and see what happens."
