Dr Wong is great. Been so helpful to me keeping me healthy. Also love his assistant, Lourda. She is great. Very friendly staff. Love going there. I hope I spelled her name right.
Very pleased with Dr Wong (and medical assistant Lourdes) for many years. Also liking the modernized facility and support since Optum took over a while ago. It’s been easy to get appointments.
Dr Korff spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner because he came into the office at 9am for my 8:40am appointment and I was on my cell phone dealing with a security matter with work. I am finding another doctor.
I like Optum, I just don't like the people in customer service, I am using their home mail delivery service, the only problem I have with them is that they take 7 days to send refills or new prescriptions, and when I inquire about them the person answering phone is very ryde and sarcastic, and they question every changes in prescription MGs when my Dr changes them saying that I am already taking that meds, and when I tell them Dr changed mgs, and discontined the other one they get sarcastic and refuse to fill new prescriptio... read more
