This office changed so much it's sad, most Dr's are leaving and the compassion is just not there anymore. Very rushed environment, not enough time spent with the patient, once again, seems like making money is more important than taking the time and care for patients, I myself will probably go elsewhere and that bothers me more than you know, I have heard many will leave, very sad.
Dr. Hong is great. Optimus company not so much. Too many doctors leaving.
