Worst place ever. No regard for patient care. no manager available. You can never call the office itself, as calls are rerouted to "help centers" that do not help. I have called them every day for over a week to provide me with my clinicals that I need for imaging reasons, and they have failed to do that, in turn making me miss my MRI appointment and jeopardizing my health! Their own Doctors are indicating how poor patient care is with Optum. Absolutely awful!
