Everything about this place stinks. Need to call? Plan on holding for 30 minutes plus before you even get to talk to someone. Email? After 45 days I have yet to get a response. Follow up appointment? Good luck there too. The absolute worse. You are better off seeing a witch doctor. Beware! I wish I could give negative stars.
Wish my complaint was different than what others have experienced. All I can say is please consider other healthcare options. This company has tried to tech the medical experience to the patient and does not correct their mistakes in a timely manner. My health checkup was billed incorrectly and it's taken weeks to get them on the phone and respond to my messages. Taura Michelle Olfus is a horrible doctor. When I moved in the Santa Clarita area it took me a while to switch doctors. I loved my other doctor but it was to far of a drive. I changed almost a year ago and maybe had 2 appointments with her and the first one was unpleasant and thought “maybe she is having a bad day” nope the second appointment I had with her was equally as horrible, if not more.
