Easy to get to, crappy parking lot. Nice doctor and medical assistants. Everyone was super helpful.
Took 20 days to find out I needed a Release of Information form from my previous oncologist then made an appointment for me based on what they had while I get my records to them. Then cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have “sufficient “ records. Why would they do that? Then I go to give them the records in physical form and they do not have a CD reader. His place is garbage!!!!
I’m not a fan of Optum or this entire care facility. I have a mild cognitive disorder that I need to take medication for, think attention deficit but not ADHD. I don’t take it unless I’m working because of its effects on my body. The disrespect from the medical assistant when I attempted to answer her question was more than I could handle so I shutdown and responded “uh, huh” to everything because this woman didn’t care about me or my needs. Great doctors
The nicest group of people. From front desk to the doctor Faylona. The nurses that do the chemotherapy treatments are all so supportive and kind. Well I’m adding to my review as I just got off the phone with Laura to get Rx refilled and she said doctor has 72 hours to refill. Then she rushed me off the phone. I’ll see doctor tomorrow and request refill. Changed rating from 5 to 3 Here we go again. Called Friday and Monday to schedule appointment for bloodwork and chemo.
