Great experience - from the moment I walked in - Cynthia was very helpful , answering all my questions and resolving my concerns . Jennifer my nurse for the day - was truly amazing in drawing blood …didn’t even feel it. Dr.del Cid was worth the 4 month wait - listened to all my complaints and one by one addressed each one. Her explanations and suggestions on better self care are definitely a step forward. May you all heal and enjoy health.
Thank u to Cynthia the Burbank receptionist for always being so nice & for helping out. Also a shout out to Tiffany the patient liaison & the other staff who's work is also good to. If you don't know Dr Smietanka he is the best doctor I have seen. Great temperament and truly cares about the best treatment for his patients and really knows medicine and if it's something he doesn't know he will refer you to someone who can help.
