Optum office in Burbank my physician Dr Smietanka is helpful and caring considers your issues and helps to resolve them, staff is also very accommodating when I have questions they can’t answer they’ll find the answer. Thank you.
Thank u to Claudia the Burbank receptionist for always being so nice & for helping out. Also a shout out to the other staff who's work is also good to. If you don't know Dr Smietanka he is the best doctor I have seen. Great temperament and truly cares about the best treatment for his patients and really knows medicine and if it's something he doesn't know he will refer you to someone who can help.
Dr Shau is a great doctor, smart, friendly, compassionate and all a doctor should be.
While my primary care doctor is a good guy, the overall facility makes it impossible for proper communication to exist. I try to contact by the portal, no response until I write AT LEAST twice ( I wait a whole week before trying the second time). I call the Burbank office, I can NEVER get the actual Burbank office as I'm told, " this is Torrance but we can get a message to Burbank" (after they ask you a zillion personal questions).
