Everyone there is pleasant and helpful, healthcare providers really listen.
Doctor and staff were professional and courteous. Doctor was especially patient and addressed all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed either. .
As a new resident of Monument, I became a patient at Optum Briargate over a year ago. I'm extremely satisfied with every facet of my experience during numerous visits. Everyone is very caring, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My PCP is Dr. Lam. There was a person who was not professional during check-in on one occassion and I noticed that my survey input, likely along with others, was likely taken seriously because that person is no longer there.
Awful care and doctors rotate through so often, you may never see the same one twice.
