After my first mamo there were some things that showed up. I got in contact with the office the same day and Dr Fruchter saw me that afternoon. She was incredibly patient and kind and explained everything to me. I’m fortunate it was nothing. She answered all my questions before I even had to ask them. She made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease within minutes of the appointment. I can’t not express enough how wonderful she is!
Once again I am so happy that I chose Dr. Margaret Chen. She is such a caring and wonderful person and a phenomenal doctor. Her office staff is also amazing. She has been there every step of the way with me. And I feel confident going forward in her care.
My experience with Dr. Chen and the nurses was very pleasant. Dr. Chen is very experienced and has a caring demeanor. She is always patient when explaining my condition to me. She also has a great sense of responsibility.
My experience with the whole staff was outstanding and very professional! Dr Chen was very attentive and efficient. She is elite, and I am the lucky one to be the recipient of her care. Angela, the nurse, also made her indelible mark with her excellent care while multitasking!!! They both carry many hats in the office! I highly recommend and their care is unparalleled! Prohealth is lucky to have them!
