Slow two people and they are swamped
I had covid symptoms--difficulty in breath and rising fever--and had to wait for the doctor to approve my medications for 6 HOURS. I called in on 5 different occasions and was given the run around by all 5 employees. The whole time my symptoms worsened and my fever went up. "We've alerted the nurses and they will have this done for you in 30minutes" is what they told me every time. They make paying bills incredibly difficult. There’s no way to pay online and after hours the phone line apparently doesn’t work.
My brother is special needs and had an appointment this morning (11/6/18) at 9:00am. We live in Huntington Beach so we left at 8:15am. During our drive we witnessed a car accident in the lane next to us and it delayed our commute. We called the office at 9:20am to let the office know we were late and 1.2 miles away.
