Awesome walk-in care at Optum. We sought care after a bicycle accident today. Everybody at the clinic was exceptionally professional and friendly. Our nurse and doctor were amazing, they quickly cleaned wounds & provided stitches. Much gratitude for their help!
They got me in promptly. I was listened to, and the whole thing was nice and quick.
Great alternative to peace health.
Dealing with the public should require empathy & the front desk staff doesn't have it. Unfortunately as a sick individual, being treated unkindly made this experience a nightmare from the start. Go somewhere else if you can.
