Dealing with the public should require empathy & the front desk staff doesn't have it. Unfortunately as a sick individual, being treated unkindly made this experience a nightmare from the start. Go somewhere else if you can.
I typically have a really great experience her, they’re quick to see me and the staff is really nice, but today i have been waiting over an hour to be seen for a pretty bad ear infection. I’m frustrated and exhausted and want to go home but need an antibiotic.
