Great intake staff, Noreen and Tiffany. Excellent Nurse Practicioner named Prince. Quick grasp of problems, compassionate and great understanding.
I have only ever used Optum BH remotely, but they have an absolute gem of a woman handling their phones and appointments. She is incredibly kind, immediately effective and has an incredible soothing tone of voice that is perfect for people who may be stressed or anxious. This is the only Doctors office I dont mind calling. Give that woman a raise.
Highly recommend Amil Alie for medication management services. He’s the best. Also, Noreen at the front desk is an absolute gem - thank you for always helping me!
