1) The nurse at this facility is just awful! She was supposed to forward my message to the doctor and call me back by 4pm which never happened. I get it, people get busy, so I followed up the following day at 11am. She kept insisting on a diagnosis that she clearly was not qualified to do. She never once suggested that I come into the office to see the doctor Then she argued and LIED about it, even going so far as to say that she had even put it in her records! This never happened! Optimum -Bayway is 5 Star + Dr Donald and Dr Chicani and Dr K and the whole office staff are there for your medical needsi truly appreciate each and everyone of them l been with Optimum for over 5 years and they get better and better Thank you Optimum for your Service ❤️
do not use this practice. I can’t speak for other locations but these people do not answer their phones. They do not call back when you leave messages. This place is a joke. My 80 year old grandfather was out of IMPORTANT meds for over a week because no one would refill them or give me a call back or anything! So unprofessional. These people are probably killing all kinds of people with their negligence.
