Esta clínica es un desastre! Tengo menos de un año afiliada a esta clínica y la experiencia ha sido muy mala. Una vez necesité ir a un reumatólogo, insistí varias veces para que me dieran el referido dos meses antes de la cita y perdí la misma porque nunca enviaron el referido a la clínica. The doctors & medical staff are compassionate and attentive to meeting your medical needs. My elderly mother is a patient for over five years since moving to Broward County, Florida. She has no complaints in the quality of service received from Dr. ZARISADAY SANTANA and her medical team. She rates Optum 97 on a scale of 1 to 100. I highly recommend Optum for caring for seniors.
5 stars no more….. Update: Complete disregard for patients care and currently finding new doctor. Left me without daily prescriptions knowing 2 weeks in advance and now being a holiday. Complete incompetence. I could go on and on how this business has gone downhill. I refuse to allow them to take my health with them.
