I came after a year for annual check up. First I need to do lab tests. I was wishing for Christina is there to draw blood and luckily she was there! Because she did the same for me last year also. on hold for an hour and a half to get my sick son in. gave up and called another doctor and it took 30 seconds. Optum has clearly broken something in their phone tree, and I will never use them again. EDIT: I called back, and asked the first operator to stay on hold with me during the transfer. After 10 minutes of hold she said that they have a new phone tree system, and it's probably broken. I thought I was being facetious before, but apparently their phone tree actually is broken. What a mess.
This was my first time consulting there. Dr. Anjali Agarwal was so good, I felt so comfortable in communicating about my health. The doctor listened to everything patiently. All the other staff were so helpful. I will definitely visit again.
