Courteous and efficient
Dr. Santos-Montemayor is a kind and thorough doctor. Her nurse assistant is also kind and helpful. All my concerns are addressed, I am not rushed, and she’s helping me to take the best care of myself, including the necessary care for my health issues.
I had a 8:05am appointment for my annual physical. For two weeks prior to my appointment I was receiving texts and emails about appearing for the appointment and I was to arrive 15 minutes early. Also I was informed this is I did not show they would asses me a monetary penalty. I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in. My 8:05 time was the first appointment of the day, but for some reason I was not called until 8:25. I'm sure that if I arrived 20 minutes late, it would not be taken favorably.
