Yikes. Going to see Dr Hu for YEARS. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED SHE WAS LEAVING UNTIL I TRIED MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. They told me BECAUSE I HAVE A PPO PLAN and could go anywhere they did not notify me!!! SEEMS FEW DOCTORS AT THIS OFFICE, mostly PA's.
Arrived and office staff said “the system logged you late” as I arrived 2 minutes past the appointment due to going to the original office location. NP was very dismissive and did not care to listen to the patient. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this office if you want to have your health monitored.
This place is horrible. They never answer the phone and claimed they faxed over a referral and it still hasn't been received, more than a month ago!

A terrible office, I wouldn’t know if it’s specifically the office or if it’s the Optum Medical entity. I started seeing.PCP Dr Djodier and NP Shane Avila and they both unfortunately let me down. Dr. Djodier did not listen to me well so I started seeing Shane, and while I felt like Shane had a much better bedside manner and displayed genuine concern for me they both dropped the ball.
