PA did not have but 5 minutes she said with me and a lot more unpleasantries I’ll save for upper management. Oh and even though I had an appt for a physical, the PA refused as she only does two a day!!!
After decades of being patients at Optum in Long Beach on Airport Plaza Drive (which we first knew as Family Healthcare), we can no longer tolerate the decline in care this office has experienced.
