I have been a patient of various primary “physicians” since early 2000’s. The timeframe I am referring to is prior to “Optum on Airport”, when the office was located on Spring St. I do not want to stop seeing Lisa Baldwin PA, but the situation has steadily declined to intolerable over the last 2-3 years.
