The most unprofessional dermatologist office i have ever delt with. They canceled my procedure 2 times and never called to let me know anything. Nearly impossible to contact them by phone. I strongly recommend to not do business with this office, I wish there was a 0 star to rate them . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE AMATEURS

I've been reading all the reviews and am surprised. I've been going to the same Doctors for the past 20+ years and have had nothing but great experiences. Staff, Doctors and nurses are always polite. Attentive to my needs and always on top of seeing that I get the care that is needed. Maybe people need to understand the medical service field and just relax. Sometimes you have to wait, sometimes you don't. Take a deep breath and relax.
My fault for not checking the reviews before scheduling an appointment. Had an appointment for 2 children, they couldn't accommodate the same day but I understand that, It happens. I brought the wrong child in, the one who was scheduled for the 2nd appointment slot and they refused to see him. Same insurance, same family, and yet it was too much to see him. Visited this place since I took an appointment with doctor Gurcharan for annual wellness. It has parking and waiting hall. Front desk staff and nurses are polite.
