Great facility. From the ladies at the front desk as well as all the entire nursing staff they go above and beyond. As to my G P Dr. Efrain Segura he in my opinion is second to none A class act a great Dr.who takes the time to know his patients and discuss your medical needs. ..

The girls that answer the phones are horrible. When you call all they do is say "Optum please Hold" and slam you on hold. They do not come back on hold to help or to assist you. The girls at the Greeting Desk for Patient are horrible. I will say in their Defense there are too many patients checking in, too many phone calls coming in to answer. Whoever is overseeing this operation at the Greeting Desk should be fired and replaced with someone who knows the value of the people that have the first contact with patients., bot on... read more
