Ever from the very beginning. A year ago. The staff the communication has been great I've been on hospice. for one year now .I have the best nurse ( Helen )she comes and sees me once a week. Anything I need like lotion for my feet ointments even rubber gloves. They supply for me .all my medication is dropped off to me. The people who do the oxygen . I've been great.
Awful customer service by a very unknowledgable frant desk staff. Also, their billing is THE WORST I have ever dealt with. Its like they dont want your money. The automated system doesnt work, the online system is broken, the account center couldnt locate my bill, and I spent nearly an hour of time trying to figure out how to send them 10 lousy dollars so I dont go to collections. I finally had to shoot the bills QR code and pay from my cell phone to get the balance removed. Unreal!

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment six months ago, got to the office and they said they no longer accepted my insurance. No one bothered to let me know. I am frantically trying to find another doctor, this is very serious for me. To add to the insult, I revived a message that I was the one who canceled the appointment with the doctor, not that they stopped me from seeing her.
Phone @ no good...get there no blood test entered
