Franchement, mon expérience chez Opto Plus a été absolument inacceptable. Je suis arrivé à 6h du soir pour un rendez-vous d’urgence et on m’a dit qu’il y aurait de la place à 6h45. J’ai attendu jusqu’à 8h10 sans jamais voir personne. Pendant tout ce temps, l’optométriste Julie Rodrigue a fait passer en priorité des clients qu’elle connaissait, arrivés une heure après moi. If your children come here for an eye exam with Dr, Rodrigue, please consider getting a second opinion. We had an appointment with her for our young child and she was not even giving enough time to answer and this resulted in a prescription for glasses and eye treatment for life. After getting the second opinion our child had perfect vision in one eye and only -0.25 in the other. No glasses needed!
