I paid 20$ for a warranty to get new frames once the pair I currently have were old and beat up already but they wouldn’t give them to me unless my glasses were broken. I don't understand what the point of paying for a warranty to be able to get a new pair of frames once these were already old and beat up. These frames are old, beat up, and dirty a little. I would just like to get the new pair of frames from the warranty that I paid for. Trust me I will not be buying another pair of glasses from here.
Made a family appointment online for my 3 kids and didn’t wait as long as expected. The doctors are so friendly and amazing with kids. They took the time to explain everything they were doing so my kids felt comfortable.
Thank for fixing my daughter's glasses because it was loose.
