The doctors and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They help me navigate my benefits System. Gave me a variety of tester contacts. Had better pricing on the contacts than I could find on the discount websites online. The selection of glasses for those of us on the most restrictive government benefits was larger than I have found even with the big chains. Moved to Kelowna from Toronto last year and was blown away by the friendly service, selection of products and assistance. By far, the best experience at an optometrist. Highly recommended!!!

Very pleased with the eye exam I had here. Dr. Csandl was thorough, used sophisticated equipment and clearly communicated what he observed, what it meant and what courses of action I could and should take. He also happily answered my many questions. The staff are great and I had a chance to watch them interact with a number of folks who came in looking for frames - no pressure but quick to help. They were cheerful and fun to chat with before and after my exam.
