Doreen is amazing. She makes every single experience so welcoming and stress free. Her answer to everything is either "absolutely" or "let me see what I can do". She is THEE example of taking care of your clients. She has gone above and beyond for me as a client on more than one occasion, she is the reason I choose optometry on Bernard year after year
I needed some nose pads for my glasses and they could not have been more accommodating. I live in Ontario so most likely I would not be a repeat customer but they helped anyway. I could not have been better served. Super friendly staff and a really nice store with lots of selections of eye ware. I highly recommend them.
So far my favorite optometrist office! such great service always. They replaced my glasses free of charge with a brand new pair of my choice when I broke the arm of my glasses. So amazing and they did not have to do that!
Great service and great people working there. They always treat me well.
