I had an appointment for January 17th but couldn't remember what time, I called to confirm my time and was told I was bumped to another day, and the earliest opening they had was January 30th, which was more than fine; they told me January 30th at 7:30 am. So here I am at 7:30 only to find out they don't even open until 8. Very poor communication skills are had at the reception desk.
I am extremely grateful for what my Chickasaw Nation heritage allows me to do. I get to have an eye exam and buy a new pair of glasses for little to no charge. However, yesterday or sometime last week when my mom called to cancel an appointment, someone hung-up on her. My mom is a sweet person and didn’t deserve that. The front desk ladies are nice, but could be nicer.
