I’m done going to this place after countless appointments trying to get the correct prescription. The eye doctor here doesn’t know how to help my specific situation I suppose. Every new prescription and new pair of glasses is a waste of money from this place. Such a waste of time and money. I have to work and live, I can’t just accept the outcomes of “you have to deal with it”. Not acceptable.
I used to come here routinely with my mom before she passed, It seemed like they knew us pretty well and that we schedule our appointments two years apart on the same day and time every time we go. Fast forward to today’s appointment. My father and I both took time off work and took my brother and sister out of school for us to get there and the receptionist tell us that our appointments are actually in a month from now and it’s our fault that they put the date in wrong. Was referred by a good friend, and it was probably the most positive experience I’ve at an optometrist! Felicia was super kind, attentive and thorough. She helped me get the perfect prescription. After my appointment I wanted to shop for some glasses where I met Linda who provided excellent customer service while also helping me decide between 2 frames. They bill insurance directly which is great and have quite a decent selection of designer frames. Amazing place. Friendly staff. A++ service. Cannot wait to pick up my glasse... read more
