My wife and I recently went to the Optometry Clinic of Stoney Creek for the first time. We were very impressed with the staff and the doctor through the whole process. The reception staff were very welcoming, courteous, efficient and professional. Actually that goes for all the staff. The various tests, using modern instrumentation, were done thoroughly, efficiently like clockwork, and were more extensive than we can remember from those of another clinic. Reception was very kind staff was great I had Dr. Amy Reid, Wait times were quite short, Only took 30 mins from entering to leaving and in that time I got my prescription and eye X-Ray
I have always had excellent service at the Optometry Clinic of Stoney Creek. Staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I like that they take the time with their customers to pick the right frame and even in the past, I've had them take a photo so I can see what I look like wearing the frames instead of having my face right up to the mirror. Prices are very fair and I find it's worth the drive to here from Burlington!
Staff are courteous and kind. My doctor especially was great, she was thorough, knowledgeable and offered to beat the price on my contacts. Overall, great experience.
Was about to book an eye exam here for myself and family as the location works for us and the ratings are high so I called to request pricing. The receptionist cut me off before finishing my question and I didn't hear the price she gave clearly due to this so I repeated the price to be sure. She responded with quite a lot of attitude repeating the price again. I will not be booking my family here because of this. I would re-train your receptionist on how to speak to people or you're going to continue losing business. Yikes.
