these people saved my wedding! I flew in for my wedding weekend and forgot my contacts at home. I called and they took the time to find some contacts for me and gave me a pair. I’m so thankful for this office!
Dr. Burris is the most thorough and patient. She is also very mellow. You should go see her. The office was pleasant as was the staff. Incompetence is running rampant in Santa Barbara and I felt like I was in good hands.
The Dr's are fine. But the front office and optical dept. need to learn customer service. My wife had a appointment, she suffered a emergency three hours before her appointment. She called to explain the situation and was rudely told that a $50 no show charge would be billed. Even our dentist doesn't do that. No care or concern for her emergency. There's a lot of choices in Santa Barbara. Find another!
My whole family sees Doctor Burris as she's hands down the best optometrist we've ever had. Her attention to detail means that you'll have the best fitting glasses or contacts you could hope for. Strongly recommend.
I will never go to another LensCrafters! OCSB is a shining example of why small businesses thrive in SB. Although I went in with reservations about being treated differently because of my insurance, I was treated with the same respect and consideration as anyone else, and given the options to choose my care based on my needs, not on what my insurance would cover.
