Had an appointment Sept 8 @ 10am which turned out to be the most disappointing medical appointment I've ever had and I ended up leaving not getting what I wanted. It started out great, got called exactly at 10am, first woman was awesome. Moved onto the doctor who was great, professional and very knowledgeable. She led me up front where I wanted to purchase two sets of regular glasses and two sets of sunglasses. I waited and waited for staff and finally after 30 minutes I gave up. I will not do business here anymore and I certainly don't recommend them. I brought a 92 year old lady in for her scheduled appointment, was told it is cancelled, sorry. Too bad they didn't let us know beforehand. I find the staff rude and pushy. There are better Optometrists in town.
